Before your trip
When will I receive my travel documents?
Your travel documents are always sent between 1 week and 3 days before your departure. For certain events, it is possible that your tickets are sent to you up until the day of the event. In all cases, you will always be informed of the dispatch date of your travel documents.
What documents are required for my booking?
All services sold by Stadium Avenue are personalized, and your identity may be checked several times during your football or sports trip by the various service providers.
This is why Stadium Avenue will always ask you to provide valid identity documents for each traveler at the time of booking your football or sports trip.
It is your responsibility to ensure the validity of your identity documents and their compliance with the destination country when traveling abroad.
When do I need to pay the balance of my football trip?
Unless otherwise explicitly indicated by your Stadium Avenue advisor, the balance of your football or sports trip is due in full at the time of booking.
What payment methods are available for my football trip?
The available payment methods to pay for your football or sports trip are as follows:
- By bank card directly on the website.
- By bank transfer (request the agency’s bank details).
- Via a secure online payment link.
Payments by cheque, ANCV vouchers, cash, or any other payment method not listed above are not accepted by default.
How can I cancel a football trip already booked?
By default, the cancellation policy for all Football and Sports trips sold by Stadium Avenue is NON-REFUNDABLE. For more information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions.
Note: When booking your trip, you may subscribe to a cancellation insurance package for more flexibility (ask your advisor for details).
What if one of the participants can no longer attend the football trip already booked?
The fees for changes or cancellations after booking for all our Football and Sports trips are by default non-refundable. Depending on the type of change, modification processing fees may apply. For more information, consult our General Terms and Conditions.

What if the date and time of the event’s kick-off are not yet confirmed at the time of booking?
When booking a Football or Sports trip for which the date and time have not yet been confirmed by the organizer, trust your Stadium Avenue advisor to suggest dates that involve no risk for attending the event. For example, for a match scheduled on Saturday or Sunday, it is recommended to arrive on Friday and leave on Monday. You can also choose not to follow the dates recommended by your advisor.
As a reminder, Stadium Avenue is not responsible for the final date of the events you attend. If the event takes place at a time when you are not supposed to be at your destination anymore, any additional costs incurred (extra night, flight change) are at your expense. During your trip
Do I need to bring an identity document to attend the chosen sports event?
Yes.
A valid identity document (ID card or passport) is mandatory for travel.
Since the services booked are personalized, your identity may be checked several times during your football or sports trip by the various service providers.
Even if some sports event organizers do not necessarily check identity when entering the venue, we recommend always carrying your identity document during a football or sports trip.
Stadium Avenue will always ask you to provide your identity documents at the time of booking your trip, for operational purposes.
When should I arrive at the stadium for the match?
We recommend arriving around the stadium about 2 hours before the kick-off indicated on your match ticket, and accessing your seat 1h30 to 1h00 before kick-off.
What should I do if I encounter a serious problem during my trip?
During your stay, an emergency phone number will be available to you 24/7. If you encounter a problem that jeopardizes the continuation of your stay, you may use this number.
In the event of harm to the health of a traveler or a third party, you must immediately contact the local emergency medical services.
What should I do in case of delay, cancellation, or issues with transportation during my trip?
During your stay, an emergency phone number will be available 24/7. If you encounter a problem that jeopardizes the continuation of your stay, you may use this number. If you are at the airport, we also advise contacting the airline staff.
What should I do in case of issues with accommodation during my trip?
During your stay, an emergency phone number will be available 24/7. If you encounter a problem that jeopardizes the continuation of your stay, you may use this number. We also recommend reporting any issue to the front desk of the accommodation if you are on-site.
