Any dispute arising or to arise shall be submitted to the courts of the registered office of Stadium Avenue without prejudice to the provisions of Article L.141-5 of the French Consumer Code in cases where the client qualifies as a consumer within the meaning of the preliminary article of the same code, and shall be governed and interpreted according to the rules of common law under French legislation. If any provision of this notice is deemed illegal, null, or inapplicable for any reason, it shall not affect the validity or application of the other provisions.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Registration for one of our trips and the conclusion of the sales contract implies and constitutes acceptance by all participants of our general terms and conditions of sale.
These general conditions supplement legal and regulatory provisions. In the event of contradiction between these general conditions and legal or regulatory provisions, the general conditions shall prevail, except for provisions of public order. In the event of contradiction between the general conditions and the pre-contractual information provided by Stadium Avenue to the traveler, the general conditions shall prevail.
1) REGISTRATION
Any registration request made on our website www.stadium-avenue.com constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The booking becomes final upon full payment of the order. Payments must be made online by credit card. Stadium Avenue reserves the right to refuse any reservation for any legitimate reason and to refuse access to the trip to anyone whose behavior would jeopardize the smooth running or safety of the group.
2) PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. They include what is specified on the product sheet corresponding to each trip. Prices do not include personal expenses, meals not explicitly mentioned, travel insurance, or any service not detailed in the “price includes” section.
Prices are valid on the date the order is placed. Stadium Avenue reserves the right to modify them at any time before booking, depending on exchange rates, economic conditions, or availability.
3) PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is made online exclusively by credit card via a secure payment system. The customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the credit card provided and that the card gives access to sufficient funds to cover all costs of the order.
In the event of non-payment, incorrect address, or any other issue related to the customer’s account, Stadium Avenue reserves the right to block the order until the issue is resolved.
4) ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once payment is validated, the customer receives an order confirmation by email including booking details, the services included, and practical information. This confirmation acts as proof of contract between the customer and Stadium Avenue.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the information provided and immediately notify Stadium Avenue of any errors. No claims will be accepted later if no notice was given promptly.
5) CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing by email to Stadium Avenue. The date of receipt will be used to calculate applicable cancellation fees. Unless otherwise stated in the specific conditions of the trip, the following fees apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the total price
- Between 60 and 30 days: 50% of the total price
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total price
Any modification requested by the customer may be considered as a cancellation followed by a new booking, depending on availability and associated costs.
6) CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY STADIUM AVENUE
Stadium Avenue reserves the right to cancel a trip in case of insufficient participants, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or if safety conditions are not met. In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will receive either:
- a full refund, or
- an equivalent replacement offer.
No further compensation may be claimed in these situations.
7) LIABILITY
Stadium Avenue cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, actions by third parties, or in case of improper use of the purchased services. Stadium Avenue also cannot be held responsible for any incidents, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during the trip and that result from the customer’s behavior or any external factors beyond our control.
Each customer must ensure they comply with safety rules and any instructions provided by the guides, partners, or organizers of the activities. Stadium Avenue declines any liability in the event of non-compliance with these instructions.
8) INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included unless explicitly stated. We recommend that customers take out cancellation, baggage, and medical assistance insurance. Stadium Avenue cannot be held responsible for the absence of insurance coverage.
9) PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
During trips or events organized by Stadium Avenue, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes (website, social networks, brochures, etc.). By participating, customers agree to appear in these images unless they explicitly request otherwise in writing before the start of the event.
10) PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected during the registration or reservation process is used exclusively within the context of processing the customer’s order and the proper organization of the trip. Stadium Avenue undertakes never to sell or transfer this data to third parties without prior consent, except when required for the execution of the service (transport, accommodation partners, etc.).
In accordance with applicable regulations, each customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data by contacting us via email at contact@stadium-avenue.com.
11) APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those located within the jurisdiction of the company’s registered headquarters.
